Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use www.rising.company or a small-business website we run on a rising.company subdomain. We’ve kept them short and in plain language. By using any of these sites, you agree to them.
// 01 — Who These Terms Cover
www.rising.company (the “Site”) is operated by Rising Company. We also build and run websites for small businesses on rising.company subdomains, such as koufuju.rising.company (each a “Business Site”). On a Business Site, the business named on the site sells to you. Rising Company provides the website and is not a party to your purchase.
// 02 — Using the Sites
- Use the sites only for lawful purposes and give accurate information.
- Don’t try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the security of any site.
- Don’t place fake orders or sign-ups, and don’t use someone else’s details.
We may suspend access for anyone who misuses a site.
// 03 — Orders on Business Sites
When you place an order or join an offer such as a group buy on a Business Site, you are making a request to that business. The business decides whether to accept it and is responsible for the goods, their quality, preparation, delivery, and any refunds.
- Prices and availability — menus, prices, hours, and stock are set by the business and can change. If an item is listed with the wrong price or is unavailable, the business may contact you, adjust your order, or cancel it.
- Confirmation — an order is accepted when the business confirms it. Pickup and delivery times are estimates.
- Promotions — promo codes and offers are set by the business, can’t be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time. A group buy may be cancelled if it doesn’t reach its goal.
- Payment — unless the site says otherwise, you pay the business directly when you pick up or receive your order.
- Allergies and dietary needs — menu descriptions may not list every ingredient. Ask the business directly if you have an allergy or dietary need.

// 04 — Accounts
Some Business Sites let you create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
// 05 — Content and Ownership
Each business owns its name, logo, menu, and photos. Rising Company owns the design and software of the sites. You may view and use the sites for your own personal use, but you may not copy or reuse their content or code without permission.
// 06 — Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
// 07 — Disclaimers
The sites are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep them running and accurate, but we can’t promise they will always be available, error-free, or up to date.
// 08 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rising Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from your use of the sites, or for the goods and services a business provides through a Business Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
// 09 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the sites after a change, you accept the updated terms.
