Rising Company builds technology for small businesses and communities. We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t track you across the web. This page explains exactly what we do collect and why.

Information you give us
The Site has one place where you can share information: the contact form. When you use it, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so we can read and reply to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit — for example your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to serve the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or cross-site tracking.

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Site. Each only receives the data needed to do its job:
- Formspree — processes and delivers contact-form submissions to us.
- Vercel — hosts the Site and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the Site, which may involve your browser’s IP address being seen by Google.
These providers maintain their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

The Site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Our service providers may use strictly necessary cookies to deliver and secure their services. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hi@rising.company and we’ll respond promptly.
// 08 — Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
